How do I reset a user's password?
You can reset a user's password from the application management page. Navigate to your application, go to the Users tab, find the user, and click "Reset Password" from the actions menu.
What's the difference between organizations and applications?
Organizations are workspaces that contain your team members and applications. Applications are individual services that use IdentityCheckyr for authentication. You can have multiple applications within one organization.
How do I generate an API key?
Go to API Key Management, select your application, give your key a descriptive name, and click "Generate API Key". Make sure to copy the key immediately as it won't be shown again.
Can I customize the email templates?
Yes, you can customize email templates from your application settings. Navigate to your application, go to the Configuration tab, and scroll down to the Email Templates section.
How do I remove a member from my organization?
From your organization dashboard, go to the Members tab, find the member you want to remove, click the three-dot menu, and select "Remove Member". You'll see a confirmation dialog with details about what access will be revoked.
